Bhavana offer some workshops, including British Wheel IST days, incorporating yoga asana – “Bhakti Yoga, Kirtan and the Yoga of Sound”.

Yoga Asanas (the postures that are practised in a yoga class) are designed to keep the body healthy and reduce stress. The postures work on the spine, muscles, organs and glands. They significantly help to increase flexibility and strength, as well as help to control the mind and aid deep relaxation.

Narayani’s teaching is influenced by the teachings of the Krishnamacharya and the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres and suitable for all levels.

One to ones are also available with Narayani.
